looking for a new plan to gain muscle and lose fat for summer

ok so currently i am

6.2
190-195 lbs
bench- rep..120, max 150
unsure of other stats but i used to work out alot then i dislocated my knee and got lazy and didnt work out for about 2-4 month at all and lost nearly all my muscle...i used to max 205..now im down like 50 pounds it sucks but i wanna gain it all back if anyoif you have an plans you can recommend thanks

btw i have some creatine that i bought when i used towork out but decided with my busy schedule that itd be best to use it in summer with my full attention and all ya know and another btw...i have a powerhouse home gym its alot like this but just a step down i think...
