hi everyone?!?!
i have just started to get really serious about my weight ....... i need encouragement..... my stats are as follows
current weight- 177.9lbs
ultimate goal weight- 135lbs
sept 30th goal- 170lbs
oct 20th goal- 164lbs
nov 30th goal- 155lbs
dec 20th goal- 148lbs
jan 31st goal- 142lbs
feb 14th(!)goal- 135lbs
is this realistic?!?..my height is only 5"2!?!? im female 20 year old the dates all mean someting to me so i feel i have something to think of in small chunks!?
im on a training programme at my gym and i lost half a stone in three weeks ....but in a two week bender i put most of it back on....stupid cream cakes?!?
no no.....
im awful like that i convince myself im alowed something bad cause ....well im in a bad mood....oh i wont be eating again for ages....oh its only a biscuit it cant weigh more than a biscuit..... but i end up in a food binge and im aful and i want to eat good so i can have something bad every once in a while and not get the horrible pit of ur stomach guilt?!?!
this is prob the same stuff u always read but im puttin my battle to the world and the word??!
three healthy meals today loads of water and 40 mins in the gym
did like 5 mins extra cardio than usual<to make up for the caramel slice i thought i "deserved" earlier today>
someone slap my hand?!?!
