Lookin for some advice

Hey all. I just recently started working out after recovering from abdominal surgery at the start of summer (about 3-4 months ago) and since then at the bottom of my stomach ive developed a little 'pooch'. I was just curious as to what types of workouts best target that area of my stomach. Any other good ab workouts would be appreciated too. I also want to work on tightening up my lower chest, ive never had a problem with the upper part being firm, but i can never find a good workout to target the lower area. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Also as far as my stats go, I am roughly 6ft-6ft 1in, i weigh just over 190lbs and I am 17. I also just started doing some cardio like running and a little jump roping. And as of now i workout at school for appr. 30 mins a day every day. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! =]

If by pooch you mean fat, you can't do an exercise to target it. Fat loss is global, so you have to cut. Eat less calories than you burn during the day. Do cardio to increase how many calories you burn a day.

Look up cut or cutting, or get Chillen to help you out, he has some nice advice ready for copy-paste.

If your still around......I will sure help ya out, and LETS get the bottom problem fixed NOWWWW!

Let me know........and we rock :)

okay so basically i just need to do more cardio and cut some calories so i burn as much as possible? also i was thinking about adding anavol to my workout routine. does this mean i need more calories? or will i be fine just eating lots of protein? im kind of new to all of this so all advice is greatly appreciated.
