Look! Im dancing!!!

Today I had planned to go to the gym, but i didnt make it there. However I did clean my entire kitchen, washed the cupboards and floors, organized my living room and did a crap load of laundry. It was probably more of a work out than the gym. lol. I felt good because i actually saw great results. I ate fairly well, but struggled a bit with the water. I am making an effort to get the liquids in but it obviously needs to be more of an effort or i know that my weight loss will be slowed down, plus ill feel like crap.
 
Today i got up early, and met a friend for breakfast. It was pretty good, spinach, tomato and feta 2 egg omelet with fruit instead of hash browns and non buttered toast, (which i actually prefer believe it or not) Later in the day i went to a different friends house for lunch. We are both trying to make better eating choices, so we had chicken lettuce wraps with home made salsa and yogurt sauce. We really enjoyed it and we were full

Im making a cauliflower soup recipe for tonight, that i have never had before, but it looks good, so we will see how that goes.
Ive so far drank 4 cups of water and one coffee, so I definitely need more H2o
 
I am on vacation with my boyfriend on Salt Spring Island. Im borrowing his dads computer for a bit. We are having a great time, our eating has not been terrible, but not the best choices either. Dan's dad and step mom are on the zone, but we have all been having treats and just enjoying each others company, which has been great. Dan and I have been walking around and exploring what is on the island, so its been fun. I weigh in next saturday so im hoping for ok numbers.

I am back from vacation and I had a great time. We actually came home late friday night, but havent had a chance to sit at the computer too much. We ate ok, but of course could have been better, but on the other hand could have been much worse. Today was a huge struggle with food today, i started to feel all of those urges to eat out of control and it was a fight. I have not weighed in with weight watchers for a couple weeks so, I will be doing that this week. Im also thinking of joining a local over eaters anonymous this tuesday. Im not sure what to expect there, but im thinking it cant hurt. we will see.
