Hey Brazenly thanks for stopping by. I do remember you and Cerella told me about you. Let's get together when the weather warms up. Where do you live again?

You are very pretty. Hope you are feeling better soon and ready to kick some butt with your trainer. Good for you.

Thanks Kelly, you are a sweetheart, I live in Langley not far from Cerella, we definitely need to visit at some point
Michelle :)

So what the trainer tell you and have you do? Inquiring minds want to know!

Well, we did my weight, body fat comp, measurements, balance, endurance level. (we will redo the endurance cuz i wasn't at my usual health) We started off with using the bike, then we did push ups off of the railing and lunges. Our next session will be the full session because ill be better and we wont have all the beginning stuff numbers to deal with. She wants me to use my own weight as resistance instead of weights and we will be focused on inches rather than weight lost because she wants to work on my muscle.

My next session is next Tuesday at 6am.... sooooooo early
Thanks for asking :D

Michelle :)

I got up this morning at 8am... and met my friend for a walk. It was extremely windy and cold, but we walked for one hour. I can really feel my muscles in my shoulders and quads from yesterdays workout. I have to say though, its a great feeling.

Im doing much better with my water intake than usual. it was a good start to my day.

I came home and made lunch for my boyfriend (the sickie) and myself. We had sauted veggies and fish with sweet smoked paprika (one of my new fav spices) and water

I just read up on your story. Looks like you're off to a great start. I've always wanted to try a personal trainer, but I live at school and it gets pretty hectic there. Keep up the good work, and hopefully the pounds and inches melt off with time!

Hey there Jpass,
Thanks for stopping in. My schedule is crazy as well cuz i have 2 jobs and other commitments and i really didn't know how the heck i was going to fit it all in. So what i did was i put everything i do down on a calendar, brought it to Shelly and she fit our sessions in wherever we could. Some are at 6 am some are at 11 am...it took us a while, but we figured it out..lol. I am very excited, because i honestly feel that i will see a huge difference and its something i've never felt. I have only been under 300 lbs once in the last 10 years...so..this will be a mile stone for me. :D
Michelle :D

Well...i decided to get my nails done this afternoon, and take myself out for a coffee, which i really enjoyed. My friend stopped in at the same coffee house and ended up joining me for a chat. It was relaxing, which I think is what i really needed. I came home and made Dan and I dinner.
Roasted chicken breast
with roasted baby potatoes and carrots
Water

I think it's awesome that your trainer is using plyometrics as the weight training method for you! If you found before that you had any kind of joint pain or back aches, plyometric exercises will also alleviate that over time.

Great job on the walk by the way, you've totally motivated me to go on a run even though I'm still feeling a little under the weather.
