Look at this GM. Olympic GM

He does some squats first, then he does some good mornings, and he doesn't go very low and uses tripple extension as in an olympic pull.

anyone got any comments? I thought it looked pretty neat, probobly better than regular GMs for improving your oly pulls. But regular GMs are probobly stikk better for improving DLs?

Just thought I'd share, I've never seen them done like that before.

It depends on what level you're at. Those that are proficient at their pulls can use assistance stuff to bring up areas holding them back. However, if you haven't spent time wtih an Olympic coach, you're pull (specially at teh second phase) will tend to really lack and only proper guiding will really get you where you need to go.

Now...it also depends on using assistance movements or alternative movements for the deadlift how you're built. I can't do anything but deadlift to bring up my deadlift and I have to deadlift frequently to keep my deadlift up or it starts going down regardless of any movement I'm doing.
