I'm 320lbs right now and would be happy to get down to the 275lb mark. I've been overweight all my life and haven't been 275 since high school and that was like 13 years ago. I don't know if it's realistic but I'll give myself 1 year to drop the 45lbs. Once I do that I'd be ecstatic if I could hit 250lbs.
I will commit at least an hour a day to working out or at the very least walking. I've already changed my diet and cut out the junk food after I found out I have diabetes. When I have more money I'll probably join a gym that is if I'm sure I wont be too big to use the equipment.
I really hope this site helps me stay motivated as I have no friends in "real life" mostly because my weight problems have created bad self esteem issues. I've seen people on shows like the biggest loser lose more weight than I'm looking to so I know it's possible I just need to get to work and actually do it.
