i started my wieght loss journey of april this year..i lost about 65lbs and packed muscle...i use to be very active in sports and then i just stop wieght training and playing basketball,started eating junk,,im surprised the most i wieght was 255 now im at 190...i started jogging on the treadmill 30 min 3-4 times a week then with'n two months i would run 15 minuits walk the other 15..eating 2200 calories a day...i took a break from the cardio about a month ago and still lost 5lbs im hitting the wieghts much harder and plan to hit cardio again once spring comes around...im now trying to build muscle..
i would like to thank all you guys for giving me the inspiration to suceed in getting back into shape,i still have ways to go and will post more pics once im at 9% body fat...
