Thank you!! I'll try my best :D Today I went to the gym and I really challenged myself this time...
-35mins elliptical
-35mins treadmill
-5 mins rowing
I did interval training and I'm actually looking forward to go again tomorrrow!

Breakfast - Special K
Morning Snack - Chocolate chip cookie :)
Lunch - Chicken sandwich and a muffin
Afternoon Snack - None
Supper - Fish and potatoes and sweetcorn :D
 
I did terrible today. I didn't have enough time to go to the gym as I was dragged shopping for 5 hours. I tell ya, carrying around some heavy bags for 5 hours really takes the energy out of ya. I also cycled for ... 1 1/2 hours getting round placees. It was really depressing going shopping today. I found THE perfect dress.... except it couldn't zip up around my love handles :( I almost wanted to cry.

Breakfast - Shredded Wheat
Morning Snack - None
Lunch - Whole wheat club sandwich (with bacon and everything) and a calorific cupcake
Afternoon Snack - None
Supper - Home made pizza and another calorific cupcake
Dessert - Berry sponge thing?? don't know what you'd call it and some toffee popcorn

Ohh well, I'm going to the gym tomorrow.
 
??? today was.... ? I guess it was ok, but then again it was a bit bad :(

Breakfast - 1 pancake, 2 sausages and 2 pieces of bacon
Morning Snack - None
Lunch - 3 ribs, 1/2 piece of steak, some potatoes and peas
Afternoon Snack - I made some cupcakes for a friends' bake sale. I only ate 1, but oh my god I'd never realised just how many times you lick the icing spoon. I felt sick after icing 52 cupcakes!!!
Supper - 2 pieces of dominoes pizza :)

I also went to the gym and did...
40 mins treadmill
35 mins elliptical
3 mins rowing
This leg lift thing... I lifted 5kg x 15, 10kg x 10, 20kg x 10, 30kg x5
Another weight thingy machine where you bring your arms together, 5kg x 10, 10kg x 10

Apparently this is around 700 cals. I'm also gonna go do some wii fit now.. :)

Morning Snack - Mini vanilla cupcake
Lunch - Chicken sandwich, 2 maoams, some strawberries
Afternoon Snack - Apple and a bag of crisps
Supper - Steak and lettuce and tomato sandwich. A teeeeensy slice of chocolate cake :)

I also did 35mins on the elliptical, 35mins on the treadmill, and 30 sit ups. I ordered the 30 day shred, and it should be here tomorrow! I can feel my level of fitness increasing every day that goes by :)
 
Let me know how the 30 day shred goes. I know a lot of people who've tried it, but I haven't heard a lot of reviews.
 
I've decided to start a new diary as I hate the title on this one!! I think I'll call it "On my way to that healthy 64kg". :) orr.. something similar
