lol
well nowdays its only about 2-4lb , but when i was bigger the water rentention was more.
Also dependant on what i eat, and if i eat a lot of sodium foods.

I am going to kill my Fiance(not really)

Its my day off today and id every intention of having a lovely lie in, He got up at 6 and i didnt budge, didnt even hear him get up.

So at 6.20 he bursts into the bedroom panicking cos he cant find his wallet, so i get up to help him look and then he remembers where he left it - in his dressing gown pocket!:toetap05:

And I cant get back to sleep so Im up now just finished my breKfast, I might go to the gym later seen as Im up anyway

But i was bold and weighed myself today and i lost 2 pounds, YAY! though only finished my monthlys yesterday so could still have some water retention.

Someone stole my mobile phone at the birthday party, and my best friends both had money taken from them, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH SOME PEOPLE

anyhoo food wise i didnt TOUCH any of the burgers or chicken last night i munched on tomatos

Last night i ate

about 2 tomatoes
4 cocktail sausages
4 grapes
4 knobs of cheese(the littel ones on the sticks with the grapes)
a strawberry with a lil bit of cream

Not bad considering people coming over to me with plates of chicken and burgers and i didnt TOUCH them

Worried

Ive noticed the last few days im getting very bored with my exercise routine and diet, i dont know why im feeling so much better in myself, and ive noticed a major change in my body, but looking at the pictures of my friends birthday and i was still disguisted by what i saw- i still looked massive even though ive lost 19 pounds, it really got me down :angelsad2:
 
Just bk from the gym, so wanted to skip it but i didnt.... go me lol, Been a lazy week only been to the gym twice. There is a freaky guy at the gym the last two weeks who works out in JEANS of all things, he gives me the heeby jeebies hes a moody fucker, complaines that the radio is on cos he used to working out in silence.

We were like "you dont like it LEAVE "

Hi all

Howdy doo to ya all- as ya can tell im in a pretty good mood today- just bk from the gym and i burned 650 cals(YAY) AND i stayed on the ski machine for 25 mins go me im so proud

Weigh day 2mr- my prediction, i think ill stay the same as i had my friends bday last sat night and where i didnt touch the food i had a few beers(Ahhh the bloating) and also only went to the gym 3 times this week
But sure ya never know- 2 pounds to the 21 pound mark!

lost a pound this week, pretty surprised considern ida bad week, but yay:)

oddly enough according to the scales iv gotten taller , i always weigh myself without my trainers, and last week i was 4 11.0 and this week it says im 4 11.4 which makes my BMI 43.4

Weird:)

took a little break from the diet the last week, funnily enough i keep craving tuna salad ha ha, tell ya i cant wait till tomorrow till i start at the gym again my bodys been feeln so weird the last week its like it misses the workouts
 
Tbh i dont know if i should weigh myself again b4 i start this diet, i mean i think ive put up 3 pounds (was 2 but last night i went out n got a take away ahhhhh!!!!) so now its 3

My fiance thinks it would put me off the diet but TBH i think itb make me more inclined to stay on it cos it would show me what a week off the diet could do to me

Put up 2 lbs which is what i pretty much expected so im not 2 bummed about it

Went to the gym and was on the cross trainer for 45 MINUTES without stopping(my record was 33 mins) so im thrilled with that:biggrinjester:
