Living for my wife and children.

Hi Dave. It happens, folks slide around a social holiday and family.

About making better choices: Maybe try some recipes from back when you were eating well in 2010? Healthy or not, if it's not savory and appealing I won't eat it. Not sure who does the grocery shopping but I'm less tempted to eat junk if it's not in the house.

Here's to getting back on track.

Ok. Been awhile. Started going back to the gym. Been doing more weight lifting instead of cardio for the last 3 weeks. Im gonna get into cardio on friday..

Changed my choices on foods. Ive started juicing fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Getting in more quality food and minimizing the not so good food.

Im excited for whats to come. I would love to drop 10-15lbs.

We shall see.

Welcome back! I don't know how I missed your last post last month about falling off the wagon, but it's completely normal for us unfortunately. That's something we have to learn to work with. I know I've had my fair share of falls. The important thing is to just get re-motivated and back at it which it sounds like you are. Good luck, glad to hear you're back at it! :)
