1/19/09 - 134.4lb
I am reading The Best Life Diet by Bob Greene.
He has a very different philosophy about loosing and maintaing weight and I think this is something I definitely need, so I am going to update my diary with what I have learnt and how I have changed to accomplish my goal of 120lbs
You can loose weight in 3 different forms
1. Water
2. Muscle
3. Body fat
and the best way to loose the weight is by loosing the body fat and also making sure that you don't loose water and Muscle.
Right now I am in Phase 1 and I am looking forward to loosing the weight the right way.
