Hai~ Call me Sunshine. I'm 18 years old, 190lbs and 5'5". It's weird, I look about 150lbs. I don't really get it. Muscle maybe? Not sure. Either way, I went to get to 150lbs.
My history with weight loss has been rough. A couple of years ago I stopped anorexia/bulimia cold turkey. I was 130lbs then, but I looked much, much thinner. I want to get back to 150lbs.
On top of all of this, I was on an antidepressant known for major weight gain. That, and I was taking a Birth Control, which also makes you gain weight.
I went off of my anti depressant 3 weeks ago and hope weight will come off a little.
My game plan for now is eating 1,300-1,400 calories a day and doing a little cardio 3x a week for a month. Once that month is up, I'll be participating in a biggest loser competition at the gym.
I have to stick to this, I have to.
