Little one's drop twenty five

I'm Stephanie (or dubbed "little one" by one of my best friends), and this is my second weight loss diary on here, but this time I decided I needed to start over new. Last time I came on here at 158 lbs, and I lost 20+ and got down to 134 lbs by running cross country for my school's team. Well, since then, I went through a really bad break up with a boyfriend, and had a rough patch in my life..I started eating a LOT, drinking too much, and before I know it I'm back up to 155 lbs. This sucks, because I'm 5'3", and while my friends claim they don't notice a difference, I feel every single lb. Now that I'm over my ex and moving on with life, I've started dating again, and I'd feel a lot better and more confident if I could drop the weight back off and KEEP IT OFF this time!! So here's my journal for that. I'm hoping to drop 15-20 lbs by May(my graduation) and have the other 5-10 lbs off by summer. I usually drop weight really fast especially because of how much I run and how motivated I become. Here goes nothing! :)
I'll post pictures of me now later, when I get on my home laptop.
