Little John's trying again. And again. Aaaand again.

Back in the saddle - I traveled to Arkansas and then Puerto Rico for work the last couple weeks. Not good, but not terrible. Anyway, reboot started today with yogurt for breakfast and a light lunch of pasta/chicken/veggies (homemade frozen meal).

Starting up the row again tonight, too.

That's me: Mr. Popular!

Still fighting to get back in a good way. Wasn't able to commit to rowing much last week for a variety of reasons, though I did spend a lot of time walking. Foodwise, well, let's just say "what else is new?"

I restarted my rowing this week, though. Next week I can finally start a slightly more aggressive pace (that's good), but the row times will be shorter (that's bad, from a calorie burn point of view), but maybe I'll cheat and either add a set or bolt on some extra slow-rowing to the pile.

Scale: still not fixed. Probably a good thing these days

Scales are the spawn of Satan. Or possibly Cosmopolitan, bur where´s the difference? I´m glad you´re sticking with us :grouphug:

This will be my last week in this particular diary. Seems like all I've been doing here is lamenting over my excuses with intermittent successes. I'm traveling next week for business, and then I'm going to reboot with a new diary. Hopefully my last one. I hope the old followers will join me in my new location!

I have been good about rowing 4 times a week, and I started to lift this week. My muscles are kind of confused, but in a good way.

Food will always be my battle. I need to get in the habit of saying "Not today" or "One Day at a Time". If "Not Today" becomes "Aw Fuggit" once in a while, no problem. When it becomes habit, as it so often does, it's a big problem.

Movie inspirations - The Incredibles (for change in the right direction) and Thanks For Sharing (for the day-to-day struggles with addiction).
