Good luck in Puerto Rico! It can be very hard at resorts with constant huge buffets (I always love the many selections of pasta!) but it can be done semi healthily and in a calorie range that's workable!
Nah. Everyone is allowed to participate as much or as little as they like. I get as much (probably more) from commenting on the threads of others as I do my own silliness, so I don't think there needs to be any transactional give and take. Do whatever makes you feel the best at the time.Hi, sorry, I've been lurking! Seems like the same story as always - exercise good, diet not so much. I came to a conclusion last week that I need a more disruptive change, so today (after a weekend of bad decision in NYC) I'm starting a 3-weeker of low-carb-high-fat to break my love of sugars and breads. That means no pizza night, no late night chocolate chips, no bread roll with my salad, no sandwiches. I'll ease them back in, but not nearly to the levels as before. Sorry I've been a bad logger and supporter, I've been embarrassed with my not-so-stellar behavior. I want to change that. Thanks!
when I don't feel like posting on other's diaries it gives me a clue as to my mental state in regards to weight loss at the time.
