I'll admit, it's been too long since I've been here. It's been a little hectic for a while, but that's an excuse. The reality is that I've been failing again and again, and it's getting old.
So here I am, again, here's the story:
As of Monday morning, I was 342 lbs. Thanksgiving 2012 had me under 300 lbs for the first time in a very long time, and I was rather pleased with myself. But it's very difficult for me to step away from food once I've stepped up to the plate (the round one, with that fried stuff on it).
I've been semi-rigorous in working out, I've maintained my lifting routine for the last 5 weeks, and used a rowing machine a couple times a week, though I should be rowing 4 times a week.
Anyway, I'm going to start logging my activities again, hopefully on a daily basis, and try to work on my weaknesses. Right now, the big hitters are bedtime snacks (aka: late dessert), weekend infractions, and my love of second servings. I've been fairly successful in eliminating fast food and oversize afternoon snacks.
Thanks for checking in!
