hi guyz,

i just have a quick question:
i've been reading about it a lot but i didn't find anyware a explenation what exactly LISS is and how do you do it?
so can anyone please explane it to me or direct me somewhere where it's explaned....

Low Intensity Steady State-LISS.

Basically you get on a machine, tredmill, jog, etc for 45-60 minutes.
