Wow, I never figured you for a head banger!

I'm incredibly eclectic on music. Jazz, blues, rock, world, some electronica, a lot of progressive instrumental stuff, even a fan of some good banjo (Huge Bela Fleck fan).
 
Spanakopita is AWESOME, love the stuff! I made it from scratch for years until I started finding it in the frozen section. I buy it all the time. Nom nom nom!

I like alot of different stuff too. Oldies, rock, alternative, trance and techno...it just depends on the mood I'm in. Tool is one of my favorites. I have to say though that Metallica's old stuff is way better than this new CD...most of the songs sound identical.

Anyway I have to be in the mood for it but I can't stand most rap and I hate 80's hair bands. And apparently I can't stand ACDC or Led Zepplin either because everytime any of their songs come on the radio I cringe and try to change it and get into it with my hubby, who tells me who it is, lol.

If I don't keep finding it now I may have to hit you up for the recipe, lol. I find filo dough so I'm guessing it's just spinach and cheese. Have you ever put anything else in there though? Like broccoli and cheese? And is it still called spanakopita then? lol. I think it'd be good to take filo dough and put bananas in it....stinks though that bananas are the highest in calories and my fav. Ok I just woke up and I'm rambling :) Off to get a shower and suffer though class....for which my drive to and from is longer than the class :(.

Oh and did anyone else notice the forum crashed last night?
 
So I weighed in a day early, I couldn't help it :) SOO HAPPY!! 325.4...I checked it several times. So that's 3 more pounds...even with the chinese food buffet :D Guess it helped I ate under some days this week.
 
whoot congrats on some massive loss there. looks like good things are coming your way especially with having that bike assembled that you can use.

Breakfast - atkins shake & banana (was in a hurry and tryin to use those up) - 260

Lunch- bowl of au gratin potatos and ham- 350

Dinner - tacos - 1360

Total - 1970

*edit- + 1 hershey's 60 cal stick----new total 2030

Easily!!! uggh, don't get me started... Never was I happier to see a musical trend vanish in a puff of smoke. I have Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Beavis & Butthead to thank for it....

I'm confused. Nirvana and Pearl Jam weren't hair bands...I actually like them :) I'm talking about bands like Def Leppard, Twisted Sister, Quiet Riot, Cinderella...etc. I actually liked the Scorpions though.

Good to see you are losing even with thr Chinese food buffet slip! I used to eat chinese EVERYDAY when I was younger. Lots of sodium though, makes me feel all puffy! So I eat everyone once in a while now...Wish I was making the same progress :( but I am learning not to measure progress by just the number on the scale...lots of other things are better...are you doing any exercise at all? Couldn't tell from the last few pages...:):bigear:
