lol, thanks Allie. I'm sure everyone can tell I was tired since I was rambling and posting about spiders. I got about an hour nap before work called waking me up. See...job annoying me again! Of course I think thats what they're supposed to do, lol.

Those are great goals you are setting for yourself. I have always hated an workouts though. Good luck with your goals! You can do it if you set your mind to it!

Ok so I'll come back and edit this after dinner later, glad I'm not on 1200 cals :X

Food today so far (calculated at fitday):

Breakfast:
3oz turkey deli meat
4 macadamia nuts
1oz shredded chedder cheese
4 large eggs

612 calories, 8 carbs

Lunch:
Salad-lettuce, spinach, 4 grape tomatos
Ranch dressing, 4 tbs
grilled chicken breast, small

Snack: Chocoperfection bar (193 cals, 2 carbs)

subtotal so far: calories 1,348, 15 carbs

Dinner:

2 bacon & chedder ground chicken patties (fit & active brand)
zuchini, sauteed in olive oil and topped with butter

total cals.: 2005 carbs: 17.7

Cardio 10 min walking
Water: 16oz ;/ =2 glasses...shame on me, need to get that up

Does anyone who uses fitday know if there's a way to tell it to keep seperate subtotals for meals? And also I'm 150-200 cals under my BMR but I'm wondering if this is ok? Not wanting to slow my weightloss but not sure if this is a big deal for me to eat a few hundred under my BMR regularly or not.

Thanks Brandy :O) I appreciate it. I must have been posting same time as you because I didn't see this until just now...forum is weird sometimes with that.

looks like today went fairly well. If you are having trouble with water why don't you try to measure out your 8 cups a day, and keep them in the fridge for when your thirsty. Or 4 water bottles.

In a word, frustrating. I got on my exercise bike and its still awkward...I was able to do about 5 minutes on there. So then I hopped on my treadmill hoping to break it up and was able to do another 5 minutes but I'm so large now that the dang thing isn't wide enough and I felt like I was walking on a balance beam. But I'm not going to let it get to me that I spent all that money because I'm sure I'll be able to use it later on when my weight is down more. Honestly I just hope that when I AM down enough to use my equipment I don't wish I'd bought a regular exercise bike instead of this seated recumbant thing.

Meanwhile I think my best bet since I finally life on a quiet street is to just walk around the block or do a low impact aerobic video. I may be to fat to be coordinated but at least I can do it ugly without falling off a piece of exercise equipment. Oh and good news also...since we have a den and a livingroom now, something we've never had, all thats in our livingroom IS a tv and a fishtank right now. So I'll have the hubby move the vcr (my richard simmons tapes are on tapes) and I shouldn't break anything or hurt myself too badly....might scare the crap out of the fish though but that counts as an acceptable risk, lol.

I felt really good physically after getting some exercise but I feel like a complete lack of accomplishment only doing ten minutes...like it doesn't really count. That was all I was able to do and I guess I need to remember that I do weigh over 300lbs now and this will get easier. The sparkpeople site Trish recommended only had me starting with ten minutes a day so maybe I need to stop kicking myself over it. I need to tell myself its important I do SOMETHING every day even if its not enough yet and work up to 30 minutes.

Things will get easier. 10 minutes of exercise is 10 minutes you are not eating or inactive! What a way to go! :seeya:You go girl!! You will do this!

XOXO

Yea I had NO water in the house and I hate drinking tap. I went to walmart today to finish my shopping and bought 2 gallons and also 2 cases of bottled water to take to work so you and I are on the same page :) Hopefully with it stocked up and me being aware and logging it I shouldn't have a problem.

Thanks Brandy, I feel alot better today. Was retaining water until I went back on my diet...been peein non stop since last night :X lol Not sure what causes that but it's always the same result. Too much info, I know

So I went to Walmart looking for the old version of the Atkins shakes I used to use. They're gone...replaced by new packaging and a "new great taste" that's horrid. I am not pleased. I'm going to have to do some research and find low sugar replacement protein shake and keep stuff on hand at work for when I'm not coming straight home or stuck there. I like having premixed though so this sucks.

On the bright side Walmart now is carrying the Walden Farms dressings I love so much and hopefully will keep them stocked so I don't have to order online anymore. I bought like 6 bottles. Anyway I have to go into work early again and I'm not hungry yet so I'm packing my dinner to take with me. Here's what my end food today will be. I'll post my water tomorrow :)

It looks like Lisa is on a roll with all that healthy eating and cardio, you're doing much better than me, I should take notes! :) Great job!

Good work Lisa!!!

Great day eating but the calorie count seems high for dinner. It's a great dinner but i dont think the calories are that high. Just make sure you are eating enough becuase i know that is one thing that makes me binge.

You can do this!!! Keep up the good work.

Oh man, that sucks; I hate it when a food product you're so used to using suddenly changes or disappears. "New great taste" eh? Hehehe, they never make it better!

Braunschweiger, 2oz

What's that?

Ah...that bottom is my running total, not dinner by itself but you're right. I went back and checked and fit day counts 2 chicken breasts as over 700 calories. I went back looked at the actual bag because they were precooked. I ate under 1200 calories yesterday, no wonder I'm starving today! lol So here's what it should have said....

Food yesterday (calculated at fitday):

Breakfast:
Atkins Advantage Shake (had to stay over at work and no food)

Lunch:

Braunschweiger, 2oz

What's that?

Yea and to make stuff worse I went into the store by my house all set to get some whole wheat tortillas that they sell in the diabetic/health section and they don't carry those now either ;/. I'm going to have to see if they're going to get them again or not but they were great for sandwhich wraps or even putting scrambled eggs in..

Oh and braunschweiger...its german and I ignore what it's made from, lol. Tastes alot like potted meat. I've been eating it since I was a kid but if I'd tried it as an adult I probably wouldn't touch the stuff. Looks like kitty cat food :D lol

Yeah, you are doing great. The only thing I can say (having been doing this for about 2 weeks) is be sure you're eating enough calories. I thought the range they gave me on SparkPeople was way too high, but I made myself stick to it and I lost 3 lbs last week.

But as previously said, you're up and you're moving and that's going to make all the difference in the world!

You're on a roll now. No choice but to keep moving!
