I was here on the forums about 10 years ago and had the best support. Competitions were fun and rewarding. Life has changed much and has been challenging for a few years, but it has nicely settled and I'm still not caring for myself. SO, time to start again.

Week 1 goals:
-start journal
-walk 45 minutes daily
-menu for the day
-no emotional eating
-journal 4 days this week

It has been a busy week and I haven't had a chance to update my diary. But, twice this week vs none is ok. I've done well with eating decent quantities of food and not over or emotionally eating. Walking happened twice . I need to start walking at the gym since I can't seem to get myself consistent at home. Struggling developing a routine and that will make or break my goals. Let's make this next week better!
