2007 I worked hard for those 30# lost, so darn hard. 2008 I did keep up on my exercise but had too many multiple family issues that I needed to deal with, not able to focus on wt loss.

2009 well.....I'm tired of trying to loose wt, I want to be just maintaining, that is easy for me. So I have altered my food program, tried this before, but needed easier additions to keep it up. Nothing major, no eating out, increase the protein which I have a very hard time with, but it is making a big difference. Keeping to the simple carbs, not low carb or no carb, just not tons of my beloved pasta and breads, more fruit and vegs. not allowing myself to be hungry.

We'll see how it goes.....

Nice job on over 50 lbs gone:D!!I hear ya abt maintaning, i can maintane well loosing that is a whole nother storylol.

Good luck on your last few lbs... It is just a few... compared what you have accomplished!
Good luck on your 2nd week challenge too, hope you lost more... with this challenge motivation! =D
 
I have been so busy and not keeping up with any consistent exercise this summer. It has been a wonderful few months, but the body is showing it. Time to refocus on the goals I let slide.
