Link Help!

Hi,

I'm quite new here and have started a thread recently. I also posted a link; but it was removed citing it as a SPAM. While I understand that linking a site that offers products or services might be viewed as SPAM, if I link an authority educational/medical site or an article to show as a reference, will it also be considered as SPAM?

If yes, what should I do? Should I simply copy and paste the content?

Think it depends what site it was on, and how many posts you've done.

If it's a proper site etc it's ok but blogs or commercial sites etc not.
