Today was a good day. Planning out my day worked well for me because it gave me a specific time I had to be working out so I did not give myself the excuse of putting it off. I also did well eating only healthy food. I came in under 1,000 calories which I do not want to be doing, but I believe that is due to the fact that I woke up late and I am going to bed early. As for my goals, I drank water with every meal and I was not tempted by the cake in the fridge. I wasn't able to get up early and I kinda went on the scale a bunch of times....which I was punished for because each time the scale told me a higher number.....arg! I guess I'll see what it is tomorrow morning....and then I'll stay away from that scale!!!!
 
Tomorrows schedule

6:30am wake-up
7:00 leave for work
7:30 breakfast
10ish snack
12 lunch
1 leave work
1:30 net time/pack up for the weekend
2:30 snack
3:00 leave for gym
3:30 gym
4:30 leave gym, go to bf's
5ish go out shopping with bf
6:30 dinner
7:00....relax!!!

Goals for Friday
1. Only get on the scale in the am to weigh in for the challenge
2. Do not get tempted by junk at work
3. Eat at least 1200 (being all healthy foods!!)

Awwwww, like Mal said...I'm so proud of you making your cheerios an event. I can just picture you know and it makes my heart melt a little bit!! Way to go.

And I'm proud to be on a team with you again. We're going to do great in the next two weeks. Hope you have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend!!

Alright, its Monday and I'm back home. Overall I did well this weekend. I did have a burger and fries though, but afterwords me and my bf went and played soccer, frisbee, and jogged a little. So I'm sure I burned it off. This morning I woke up and forced myself to go hiking. All I wanted to do was stay in bed. But, once I was outside I was happy I convinced myself to get off my butt.


8:00am wake up
8:30 hike
10:30 shower
11:00 clean
11:30 lunch
12:00 leave for home
12:30 relax, cook chicken, ????
5:00 leave for work
7ish dinner
10:00 home from work
11:00 sleep


Goals for today
1. NO SODA
2. Don't snack at work
3. Drink lots of water

Welcome back! Sounds like you had a nice weekend. Do people call you Lillard? I had a friend named Lily when I was a kid and we called her Lillard. Just curious.
