Alright, its Monday and I'm back home. Overall I did well this weekend. I did have a burger and fries though, but afterwords me and my bf went and played soccer, frisbee, and jogged a little. So I'm sure I burned it off. This morning I woke up and forced myself to go hiking. All I wanted to do was stay in bed. But, once I was outside I was happy I convinced myself to get off my butt.
8:00am wake up
8:30 hike
10:30 shower
11:00 clean
11:30 lunch
12:00 leave for home
12:30 relax, cook chicken, ????
5:00 leave for work
7ish dinner
10:00 home from work
11:00 sleep
Goals for today
1. NO SODA
2. Don't snack at work
3. Drink lots of water
