Lili's Diary

That sounds like an awesome day of food!

Don't worry, we all fall off the wagon... I fell hard a few days ago eating 5 slices of pizza! I don't know I have this thing where I don't want to miss out on any food, so if others are having more I'm definitely having more so that we eat the same amount. STUPID! I need to set my half aside and eat it spread out!

Another good day... ate on plan
1 grapefruit, 1 cup blueberries, raisin bran with soy milk, 2 yogurts, Lean Cuisine, beef stir fry. Drank my green tea and water and took my spirulina and multi-vitamin
40 minutes on the treadmill. I ran at 5.9 speed for 10 minutes and for the rest at 5.5. I'm going to gradually increase my entire run to 6.0 and go for an hour. Today I felt so good after my run ... so good. It's the focus I'm going to have in my exercise for now.

Have a great night everyone.

Oh I do love those Lean Cuisines!! Yum!

My favorite is the Mac n Cheese and the Chicken Enchilada Suiza, oh and the Swedish Meatballs... Yummy!!

Glad we are both still on the wagon! Yay!!

Yah they're tasty. I like chicken parmagiana and the orange chicken.

Another good day; ate: 1 grapefruit, 1 apple, raisin bran with soy milk, tomato soup and tuna sandwich, 3 cups raw tomato and zucchini, hummus pita on brown.

45 minutes on the treadmill walk/run combo, I'd run at speed 6 or 5.5.

Drank my water and green tea. I'm going to Montreal for work next week so will have one breakfast and two suppers to contend with in restaurants. I can do it.

Man when I eat a lean cuisine, which I dont' often cause I only buy it when it's on sale, I eat it sooooo slow to try and make it last... it doesn't help much though cause I want more anyways!

Hello!!! Congrats on the 5lbs!! That is so cool you climb the stairs at work!! I have stairs up to our apartment and then 2 more flights up to the kiddos rooms so I am climbing stairs a lot... and I HATE it lol ;) Especially with an armful of groceries and baby!! It's all a good workout though for sure!
I am envious of your Vegas trip! I have never been!! I am way to old to have never been to Vegas but alas lol.
I am glad to see your doing well and that your good choices have certainly outweighed the bad! :)
You are doing great overall!! Yay!!

Looking real good 2Skinny!!! Nice meals, looks very healthy. You go girl on that treadmill! I am still between 3.5 and 4.0 in speed. My junk in the trunk is weighing me down big time, gotta lighten the load to get more speed!

Thanks Mishi and great to see you in here. Good for you for climbing those stairs with two children in tow, no less! You'll get to Vegas once your little darlins' are a bit older. Thanks for your encouragement :waving:

I used to feel that way but I think my tummy's shrunk a bit because now I'm a grazer and have pretty small meals throughout the day. There's also the big sizes of Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choices. I think they're about 500 cals or something.

LOL too funny ... lightening the load for speed ... s'why I can only do speed 6for five minute intervals. The beauty of jogging/running is no matter what speed, we are burning that nasty fat. I can't believe how only two or three days of good calorie reduction shows results on the scale. How you doing on the raw diet? I don't think I could do it. But all the power to you!!

Another good day; rest day from the gym, but I ate on plan; blueberries, pumpkin seeds, raisin bran with soy milk, ham on rye sandwich, fish and rice and 2 glasses of wine. I have a date with a treadmill tomorrow :)
Forgot to say I'm climbing stairs to my 9th floor in our new building and it's a great way to get metabolism going in the morning. I don't know if I mentioned but I'm going to Vegas April 30-May 5th, trip's booked and now there's 6 weeks to GO day so my friend Tracey and I are committed gym rats and healthy eaters. I look at pics of me at 150 and I think "oh, still overweight" but that's prolly what I'll be cuz I'm 159 now and 9 pounds in 6 weeks is even de-batable for a slow loser like me. Will be fun trying though :)

I am doing good on the raw diet, though my body is feeling all sorts of twisted ways. Took a few days to get over my bad carb obsession.

I am finally feeling strong today and ready to take on another day of live food.

Your food looks excellent! We are both doing fabulous this week!! Yay!!

Thanks MJ. I'd love to see what you're eating because it would help me know how to do it. I tried the candida diet for almost two weeks but I just couldn't do cardio on it so I went back to my usual regime.

Oh man, did I blow it last night. Can't even say what I ate because I don't want to tempt anyone reading ... :piggy:
Too much time home alone on the weekends. I had a friend for supper Friday night but Saturday night ... stupid. And I didn't go to the gym yesterday either. Okay, enough telling you what went wrong. Today I had my cereal and fruit and I'm off to the gym RIGHT now.

Good few days since the weekend. Eating on plan, running on the treadmill. I didn't drink as much green tea as I wanted last 3 days since I've been at meetings and out of town for work, etc. But overall good days :)

Another decent day. Took a break from the running but did some brisk walking on the way home. Work's been insane this week and no signs of slowing down for the next two months. I have a giant headache just thinking about it. Early to bed for me.

I feel bad for not popping into some of your diaries, but just too friggen' busy. Gonna try to catch up on the weekend.

Peace and Luv

Ran for a whole hour on the treadmill today. My appetite has gone up since running so I have to be careful to keep it at 1500 calories because I can easily go to 2000.

Ate healthy today, prolly except the four chicken balls with my fried rice and veggies.

Really glad it's Friday .. super busy at work lately. Have some fun planned for the weekend with friends. 5 weeks to Vegas WHOO HOOooooo!!

Running for an hour.... that's crazy! Do you take any walk breaks? I know after my learn to run program we built up to 10 mins running 1 min walking for 5k. I need to start it again. I'm probably at 2 & 1 right now... LOL... Ah well, that's what you get for stopping running for almost 2 years.

Nice work on the run and eating healthy!! I bet once you start running outside you will love it even more - I find I can go longer and further and faster! I visited Ottawa a long time ago and would love to go back - it was so beautiful and excellent shopping!! One of these days we will take a trip to Southern Ontario and check out all the nice cities. I would love to see Niagra Falls too.
Thanks for visiting my diary! Keep it up! I'm so jealous of your Vega trip! I've been 3 times and would love any excuse to go back. My hunnie is not a gambler but I just love it!! Are you going to gamble or see the sights? I love poker so I always try to get in a cheap tournament. One time I came in 5th out of 49 people and was so stoked! I won what I paid to go in it but the experience and memories were unforgetable! Where are you staying?

I get really hungry too after some tough cardio!

Hope you are doing well over there! Missed you, sorry I was so MIA. Life has been hectic, but I am optimistic.
