WOWZER ANNA!!! You are smoking in your bikini!!I can't wait to be able
to wear 1 well for starters a tankini lol.You have came so far, very inspiring
but you work very hard and it shows I need to take a lesson from you,Tammy

Yeah i have to admit, you do look pretty hot in that pic :D

I think i need a white wall somewhere as well lol

Hi there 2Skinny. You're looking good. Thank you so much for posting that info on yoga, I seriously want to do it now. My best friend used to do it for years and even now her body is so fit and she can climb 20 flights of stairs non-stop. All the best with it! :)

Yoga with sweat is starting to sound pretty good. This is really intriguing. I get it about the knees!

You have the body of a 20 year old! You look gorgeous the way you are now, though I hear you on holding the stomach in..it gets annoying and you want to look good without all that ab effort.

Does that mean I need to wait until the baby is old enough to go camping to walk around in the nude again? Its getting bloody hot here too (to be 95 today) and there's no A/C upstairs..another thing I need to go get ASAP.

Thank you Tammy, but I haven't come as far as many people here. I was at 180 a couple years ago and although I lost 40 pounds, I re-gained back up to 165 and now am at 150. The beauty of this site is we all take lessons from each other. I look at some of the ones who were up in the 200s or even 300s and that's what makes me strong. If they can be dedicated, so can I.

That would be cool, especially with your fantastic hair color!

Hi Shinsplint, I started reading your diary last night but it was past midnight and I want to read it when I'm alert. So I hope to get in there today. I'm glad you liked the info on yoga. I put it in my diary to refer back to, but I'm glad you found something useful in it too. I believe your friend can do stairs - there's a fair bit of anoerobics involved with the up/down moves, standing to lying down over and over again
Yoga with sweat is starting to sound pretty good. This is really intriguing. I get it about the knees!
A very, VERY cool thing is how it increases circulation and helps with hormonal balance, I've got my mojo back...yeehaw! I learned Madonna and Sting both do Ashtanga yoga.

Exactly. Might as well go all the way.

LOL Blancita, NO, don't wait for the baby to go camping..ha ha ha. Might as well aclimatize her right away to nudism  I'm going to visit you in your diary because I've been wanting to ask you about what it's like to be a corporate lawyer in New York.

I feel the same way. I'm endlessly motivated by the others on this board that have shown extreme dedication. The same dedication is necessary to lose (permanent) weight at all stages.

You're doing great Anna. Yeah Madonna looks incredible, I want to start Yoga at some point too.

Oh, Sara, you are so nice. I changed my avatar because the grinning idiot look was starting to annoy me. LOL This AV is right after Mexico last December, hence the uber relaxed look.

Breakfast; Oatmeal porridge
Lunch; 2 beef & cheese burritos
Snack; granola bar
Supper; 2 cups mixed frozen veggies, 4 oz. broiled steak, 1.5 tbsp. HP sauce, 1 slice rye bread, 2 tsp margarine.

75 minutes of Ashtanga yoga.

relaxed look in addition to a platinum crop and brazilian tan. ;) love it! I've been thinking that maybe once I'm at my goal weight I'll do a pixie cut. But that only works on waifish girls so nevermind.

I note "75 minutes of Ashtanga yoga". I'm so envious of your drive. Your body is going to look and feel absolutely fabulous with all this yoga.

Let's hope so, Blancita, because tonight I rolled all over the place again, and thudded my legs LOUDLY on the floor while trying a pose. I was supposed to be hooking my toes while sitting and reaching my legs out beside me in the air. LOL

Part of the instructor's job is to walk around during poses to position us correctly. Once she moved me farther into a stretch and I had to say "oh, that's my bad Right knee" so she ceased and desisted on pushing me into that excruciating pose.

I like the feeling of being patient with myself and yoga is very individual, there is absolutely NO competition, which suits me. Once again, I came out of there feeling very relaxed.

I love hearing about your yoga. How nice that this strenuous activity includes being patient with yourself and finishing very relaxed.

I think you were going to chat to your instructor about your knees previously. How did that go?

Hi Anna!!! It's been too long! I hope your doing well. The yoga sounds interesting. It took me a week but I realized why I wasn't all keen on yoga. I remember going to a class and working on poses all relaxed and concentrating at the same time and suddenly without warning I farted!!! I am a "releaser" when I work out and yoga is no different. My friend has been wanting to try it so I might venture in again but I wish they would turn the music up or something;) lol. TMI I am sure but sharing is caring right;) lol I hope you are having a wonderful week. Thanks for comments while I was MIA. I had a nice vacation but it is back too it! :hug2: take care!
