Hi, Irish.

What are your stats? What is your eating plan like? What is your current fitness routine?

We can help if we know more info :)

Here is some general info- feel free to use all of it, part of it, or none of it :D

If you want to show off your 6 pack you need to lose overall body fat %. To do that you should eat well and often (5-6 small meals per day, each meal has a carb and protein, etc). You should also participate in a regular full-body strength training program 2-3 times per week and start a cardio program.

Are you 135 pounds (not sure if you are from a different country than I am)? If so, that seems like a low weight for someone who is 5 foot 10 inches. I don't know that losing body fat would be your answer. You may just need to build muscle (strength train and eat enough calories to add muscle). I am picturing you to be tall and slim since you said you friends tell you that you have a "plank" stomach.

The other thing is realize that not all of us can show our 6-pack abs. I am a personal trainer (read- works out often and eats great) and I don't have six-pack abs. I have great abs, but it's not in my genes to have a washboard, rippling stomach.

Just concentrate on being healthy and happy with your body.
