Lifting Question

I'm currently at 22% bodyfat and i want to cut down to about 15%. I was just wondering what kinda lifting routine i should do. I'v been lifting for about a month now doing a split. should switch to a full body because iv heard its better when ur trying to lower bodyfat. however the only problem is i cant find a full body routine that doesnt include dips or pull ups, because i cant really do them now.
 
yes a fbw will be great.
if you cannot do chinups/pullups or dips, you have to get a partner and they can hold your feet and assist you a bit.
if that is not an option, you can do negatives(only the eccentric portion of the lift) to build strength
dips can be replaced by military press until you are strong enough to perform dips.
