Lift, Train, Fitness

I just had a look into the testing, it seems unless I have direct contact with someone who is a confirmed case I cannot get tested, no matter how bad I feel, almost all the students I have been in contact with are young foreign students who think is all a big joke.

I think that is why our figures are so low. Not enough testing.

Feeling awful would be enough reason to see a doctor no matter what diagnosis you suspect, wouldn´t it? And even without a test they´d tell you what would make sense for you to do based on your symptoms? At least I hope so. Hope you feel better soon :grouphug:

it is rather pointless to go to doc with flu symptoms, all the doctors are referring to the hospital so it is flooded with people, so all I would do going there is infect people with whatever I have or risk getting something else in the waiting room. Friends who work at the hospital have said they are at capacity.

They have a drivethru testing clinic in a nearby town, but still only test those with confirmed contact.

Hope you feel better soon, and I am with you on the doctor's visit. Hard for them to do much for a virus, you usually just have to wait it out. I hope your wait is short and relatively painless.

feeling a bit better today, there was only 6 in tutorial at uni last night, next week will be the last face to face for psychology unless canceled earlier. Navigation field trip is still on at this stage on Monday.

What meat are you using, Tru. It looks really good. G & I arranged to go pick up a couple of venison next week. We are getting low on it.

Finally received my coach accreditation card, there was a bit if a back log for ID card printing, as all the member cards get printed first and take a bit of effort to maintain accreditation .

some symptoms are ok, fever is down to normal but still have the sore throat and it is a bit hard to breathe. I also have an itchy rash covering my whole body, will get to see doc on Thursday.

You may be reacting to all the antibacterial stuff like I do, Tru.
