Lift, Train, Fitness

still extremely run down, have been doing a little more walking. hopefully doc will give me medical clearance to drive next week, if i have to wait a full six weeks i will go mad.

Doc appointment was cancelled an had to be rescheduled feeling exhausted but really need to be able to drive again, no mention of not being able to drive for 6 weeks when they list the possible side effects of a c section. no such thing as public transport in the middle of nowhere and it would take all day to walk into town, even without a new bub.

How soon can you see your doc Tru? I sure can understand living in the country & not being able to drive. That sucks majorly. Hope you get some energy back soon! You are such a vital person & that is just not right xo

seeing the do tomorrow afternoon, hubby is taking time from work to get me there (he only went back to work today)

on the up side, bub is packing on the weight and is very healthy

I have clearance to return to driving :)

next step will be clearance to return to exercise. however I am booked in for more injections into my elbow, the torn tendons are not healing and the pregnancy hormones over the last 9 months (and still elevated) have made things worse

also if I can get a few minutes to myself today I can start painting some designs on baby linen with hobbytex, have it all set up to paint some pokemon

 Freedom! Good to hear. I love the idea of pokémon baby stuff :) Hope your elbow gets better. Pregnancy messes with a lot of things we don´t normally think about, doesn´t it? Friend of mine got the tiniest wound on her toe while pregnant which wouldn´t heal for two months, swelled up so big she couldn´t wear shoes and pretty much kept her confined to the house. Then after giving birth it was gone within days.
