Let's see if I can Zumba myself thin...

20 mins Zumba and a brisk walk is good going! Any calories you burn helps! Today I went mad and did 1 hr 50 mins but the 45 mins ones get boring so I do a few 20 min ones and then some single routines cos I have my favourites :) The only reason I manage to do so much each day is cos I do it in front of a mirror and the sight alone is enough to spur me on to do more and more! Keep up the good work and you'll build it up eventually :)
 
AThanks for that. I definitely need to start pushing myself to do zumba more, so I don't let myself down. Also others who are encouraging me with my weight loss. I know what you mean about the 45 mins workout it gets so boring after a while. But the 20 min workout encourages you to do more because it finishes so fast. I don't have a favourite routine yet but hopefully I soon will. It sounds like you're doing great with the zumba. Keep it up?

Well the Zumba must be doing something because I've lost 11lb since my heaviest ever now and I'm down to 169 lb! I think I was doing too much zumba before and reached a bit of a plateau so now I do it every other day instead and I'm having much more progress :)

That has definitely motivated me to stock with my diet and exercise. How long did it take you to loose 11 pounds by the way. But really that is so good that's neatly a stone. To be honest I've been on and off with everything. I did 60 min zumba on Monday, so hopefully I can do another 60 min on wendsay. I want yo try and do it every other day as well. But I haven't lost anything not too surprised though. I have to work hard now to catch up with you?

Me too...I just hold it in my hands that belt sucks....I just found out about a AQUA ZUMBA class a few towns over...its to far to go all the time...but it sounds fun to try!! I also have learned to eat light before any Zumba..live or ps3...It makes me so sick if i do it on a full tummy!!


So have you been seeing results or changes with Zumba??
 
Hello there!


I just started going to Zumba clases once a week and I love it! I think I am gonna try to see if they have that game on the Xbox I could practice my legwork!
