20 mins Zumba and a brisk walk is good going! Any calories you burn helps! Today I went mad and did 1 hr 50 mins but the 45 mins ones get boring so I do a few 20 min ones and then some single routines cos I have my favourites
The only reason I manage to do so much each day is cos I do it in front of a mirror and the sight alone is enough to spur me on to do more and more! Keep up the good work and you'll build it up eventually
