Lets get this 200 pounds off from me!!!!!!!!!!! =)

AJust got back from the gym did 70 mins on treadmill 3.1mph with a 10% incline! Really was pump thru the whole workout ! My average heart rate was at 150 which is 78% percent of my target heart rate.

Give me some songs to put on my iPod
 
The machine last night said i burned 842 calories but sparkpeople said I burned 1032 so who knows, just know I work my butt off and looking forward to the Friday weigh in!

Just got back from a mini 40 minute 2 mile walk from the gym was running out of time so instead of not going figured I would go and do something.
 
Chazz, I've gotta say, I'm a really impressed with how fast you are increasing your endurance!

I think mini-goals are a great idea, sometimes I will get really overwhelmed when I look at how far I have to go till I reach my goal, but cutting it up into small chunks really helps me to keep up my motivation. Plus with mini-goals come mini-celebrations! Yaaay! ;)

Thank you! Thinking I love mini goals . Next mini goal is to put this iPad on it's charger and go night night. :)

I find the calorie counting takes up to much of my day.. I just been eating right cutting extras and eating alot more lean meat and getting rid of the cheese and the empty calories
 
ATook Saturday and Sunday off from the gym and jumped right back into it and did 45 mins on treadmill skipped the weights.. Planning in having a nice little workout tomorrow;)
 
Good to have a break sometimes, give those legs a rest! Hope you are still enjoying working towards your next mini goal!!!!!!

Got back from the gym did 2.75 miles in 52mins and hit the weight machines! Going on a mini vacation so no working out for 2 days ill be eating good tho ;)
