Hi Chazz, first of all I would like to wish you all the best on your journey. I am sure you will hit your target. I have great respect for you since I tried this many times for myself, but never got through to the second week.
 
Just read through your diary Chazz. You're doing a great job. I'm really impressed with your dedication to the gym. I need that dedication! I'd also like to be able to save $1000 a month as well! Can't wait to see your progress!


michaelstein80- Many of us have failed time and time again, you just need to get back up and try again! You can do this!
 
AI have failed numerous times also but this time I set mini-mini goals on treadmill to make it fun, like instead of doing 3.3 n treadmill I'll push it to 4.8 when sports center goes to commercials!
 
Wow Chazz, way to put yourself out there man! I can tell your serious about losing this weight. Someone who wasn't serious wouldn't post a picture of themselves like that. (That's not supposed to be insulting in anyway!) You're doing so well, almost at the 10lb mark!

I worked out last night and watched my oregon ducks win a big game! Going out tonight and having a few beers.
 
Agreed! I am always in awe of people who are able to be so open about their weight loss... no one gets to see that much of me unless everyone involved has had half a bottle of wine.. just kidding! It's really an entire bottle of wine! ;)

But seriously, nice job, can't wait to see your progress!

Enjoy the beer, watch out for Sierra Nevada and Guinness, they're killers when it comes to calories!!
 
After a nIght of way to many beers got back to the gym and did 58 mins on treadmill and 10 mins of weights plan on doing the normal 60/30 tomorrow!
 
Been awhile since the my last update. I still been doing the eat healthy thing but havent been to the gym cause of a pinched nerve in my back.... Well i am back! My body bugg said i burned 827 calories this workout!

Glad to see you are still going strong!! 1000 calorie workouts? You are not messing around, nicely done!!! Keep us updated!
