#Update:
Did another big run this evening. I estimate today's deficit to be about 2500 calories. Yeah, I admit, that's crazy :p.

I promise that I will take it a bit easier tomorrow! ;)

Yesterday's update:
Ate a bit more yesterday, to compensate for the day before. Did a good amount of exercise. Today's deficit: about 1000 calories.

My weight is still around 86.0 kg, as it has been for a while now. Expecting my weight to drop well below 85 kg soon... big drops like that always happen after my weight has stayed stable while I have created big deficits for 1-2 weeks. Probably the most important factor that explains this is that I increased my exercise routine, so my body is retaining water in order to adjust to it.

Today:
Planning to go to work a bit earlier, so that I can go home a bit earlier too. The weather is finally getting better again (above 20 degrees C) and I want to spend some time outside. Planning to do a 10-12 km run in the park, and afterwards I want to read a book in the park.

Did more than the planned 10-12 km run, more like 15 km. In addition, I did 5 km of walking, 12 km of cycling and 2 km of rowing. So, I burned plenty of calories. The unexpected thing is that my body does not mind, there's no strange pains, or even significant exhaustion for that matter - one of the final activities that I did was my 2 km row, and I did surprisingly well... it confirmed that I can expect to beat the world record for heavyweight class women (I already beat the lightweight class). I may be able to beat the record for lightweight men too, but that will be very hard (and at some point I will be in that weight class myself, which is below 75 kg). Anyways, we'll see about that.

Finished the day with a lot of beer and unhealthy food. Sometimes you need to take a break. Still, my deficit is a few hundred calories.

My weight this morning was 85.5 kg. So, it has started to go down again!

Will take a break day from running and intensive biking today, so my body can rest. Instead, I will have a light exercise day, with a bit of rowing, and some slow cycling and walking.

Did 2 km of rowing + 20 kilometers of cycling.

My weight is not dropping... but I can see my body changing very rapidly. Every few days I notice the difference in the mirror. My muscles are getting more visible, and my measurements are shrinking. My body is starting to look like what it was in my late teens. This is great! :)

Remember muscle tends to weigh more than fat so that might be playing with your scales a bit.
Awesome job :)

Thx rebel! :)

I went to my parents place this weekend (saturday and sunday). Was nice, but I also ate a LOT more. I usually allow myself to do that, as a break, but I think I should try to control myself a bit more. The thing is, it's so much easier to maintain my healthy habits in my own home than elsewhere. For example, I make sure that I don't buy chips, and not having that in my environment keeps me from eating it... without effort.

Had a good day yesterday. I ate healthy meals and I did plenty of exercise... 5km of indoor rowing (broke my 2k record... it's 6:49:50 now) and an hour of cycling. I estimate that I created a deficit of around 1200 calories. I will continue to live this liestyle again... the little weekend-break is over!

My weight this morning was 87.3 kg, which is fine. I expect this to drop soon to around 85 kg as I am letting go of the water weight (due to lots of salt) from this weekend.
