Hello everyone,
My name is Simon. I am on the journey like the rest of you to lose weight. So here goes, my previous weight was 220 lb and now it has decreased to 213 lb. Here is my journal to tell you my steps of losing weight. Please feel free to criticize my weight lose methods.
GOAL WEIGHT: 190 LB
Exercise:
50 Minutes everyday running on the elliptical.
After the elliptical, I take time to do a few forms of crunches and eventually use the sit-up machine. I do about 6 sets of 10 per set.
That is my everyday exercise.
I feel that I should alternate the exercise I do. I run everyday and do situps everyday because I feel that it makes losing weight easier. While, lifting weights makes it harder to lose weight, but I believe I am wrong. I just have this feeling that weightlifting doesn't really help me lose weight.
Meal Plan:
Breakfast: I hardly eat breakfast sometimes, but when I do I eat low calorie breakfast(300-400 calories). Includes Instant Cereal with 2xx calories and kashi granola bar which is about 140 calories.
Lunch: Eat Noodles with dumplings at noon and sometimes in the afternoon have a kashi granola bar.
Dinner: Eat Chicken with veggies(red pepper and mushrooms) or cook stir fried noodles with 2 turkey hotdogs and some veggies(napa cabbage) or 2 fillets of tilapia fish with some corn included. All of these meals include rice excluding the stir fried noodles.
If there is any different course of action I need to take for my diet plan please tell me.
