Let's get it D-on!

I'm back on the grind. I was complacent and gained about 15lbs over the holidays.

In addition Lent is helping me back on track. I not only have not consumed any meat (Chicken, Beef, or Pork) every friday for the past couple of weeks I also have given up Beer for those 40 days as well. Wish me luck!.
