Hey everyone...Wonder where I been?

:D I haven't been working out :( I know shame on me...

I have been so stressed out about everything. And I think me worrying about the way I look wasn't helping...so I just give it a break for 2 weeks...But I'M BACK!!! It's almost summer and I'm going to start toning every single day no matter what I have to do. Instead of napping with the baby does I am going to workout!! :D Wish me luck everyone..I told yall I have a motivation problem! :( Help me out!! PLEASE!! Don't tell me how good I'm doing tell me how lazy I am and need to workout!!!

My wife just got some Power Mile dvd that she likes. Find something that works and gets you excited to do it. My neighbors love P90x. I heard the videos are on youtube.
 
Did you get off your butt and exercise?

My wife is gone all this week so I'll be busier than usual but will also have more time to work out, ride the bike etc. I'm just glad the weather is finally getting decent.

I have been following your journal for a while now. I am new on the forum, with similar toning up goals to you. While my stats are a little different...(I am 5'5 108, I was at one time 98lbs when I was about 21, but I looked waaaaaaay too bony and sick, you look great though) my goals are similar. I havent had a baby though, and you do look great! Remember though, you are young! I feel like when I hit 25 things got a bit harder to maintain (and the fact that I went from having an on your feet job all the time, to a high tech desk job). Well I hope to follow your journal more, and please check out mine if you can. I will be starting one very soon!!
 
Hey everyone...Yea I have been working out...I was so sore for a while in my butt from doing some butt workouts...LOL...They are definately working! I will be swimming soon too because the pool just opened up in our community!! :D My internet has been down that is why I have not been posting!! Thanks for checking in yall!!

I went to the pool yesterday, but no swimming for me...the water was COLD lol...The bf comes home wednesday so my cardio will be boosted for 2 weeks lol...so I'm not worrying about the swimming right now.
 
ok...guess what!! I started playing co-ed softball...I pulled 2 muscles...one in my boo-hind and another in my thigh!! OUCH! But I love it! I'm finally getting to do something outside of the house! I'm hoping this will help out with cardio! So I'm working my whole body playing and I could feel every muscle I had the next day after my first game!!! OUCH OUCH OUCH! I could barely pic up my lil man lol! I haven't been doing much of the dvd's now. Just sorta doing whatever I feel like. I will post a progress pic later! I think my butt has improved so much lol!

too funny. im actually ognna start playing basketball again. i used to play everyday throughout high school, and actually havent played since. i actually realize that i have been out of high school 9 years already OMG.

So thats 9 years of rust to break through.
 
update on me...not much difference :( I guess I need to change my diet up...I don't know...
but my boo-hind is finally coming back!!


ok...now my belly...I have top abs and my bottom abs are hard...but look at the hump I have lol...I have always had it...I dont know how to make it go away. To other people they don't really notice it but I do!! So any suggestion? O and when I am working out hard or when I am in the tanning bed...it beats like my heart....I can see it...so it's not fat or anything lol.

Cause seriously I don't know what you're talking about. If you mean the fat on your lower abs, I like the way you look now, and tend not to like too much leaner personally, but you're probably right that diet is the place to look to. Gotta clean it up, and be more precise about tracking caloric intake and body composition changes, if you want fitness model type results.

In your pics, are you sucking in your gut?
