Got my evening exercise in...
5 minutes skipping
100 arm lifts of different sorts
10 sets of stair climbs (13 stairs) running fast pace. (130 steps)
120 crunches of various varieties , and a hundred (pilates)
5 minutes on stepper machine, using arm bands as well
60 arm exercises of various variety , 20 reps in each set
5 minutes on bike - hard out (whew)
30 minutes in total.
Exercise going well this week so far, and food going really well too, did have two slices of bread for my tuna sandwich today, but it was brown bread with pumpkin seeds and stuff so was ok for me.
Starting to notice good definition in my abs and my arms (my arms are one of my most hated areas but i have managed to tone them heaps) and pants are fitting so much better
