Length of a workout

Just as it says at the top what wuld be the best region to stay in for a good workout i was always taught to keep it at least an hour i do 8 minute cardio warm up and then weight training. If I were to increase the time in my cardio before weight training what would be the best way to do this
 
Does time even have anything to do with it? Get in there and get your stuff done make sure to get 2+ mins in between each set or so ive hear all ur energy is back up after 2 mins. Then your cardio I usually go 1-2 hrs no cardio tho :/
 
Really depends on the type of training in my opinion and what your goals are. For instance if its endurance, 60min won't do much good.
 
im trying to be lean and cut for my martial arts so far ive noticed a change in my apperance its just that i really want my abs to show and im sticking to this training program i created snd cuz i think im at a good size and i can even see veins in my biceps and forearms I eat pretty clean and today i managed to do a 10 minute warmup at the gym today but im still figuring stuff out for myself

For Martial arts training try this

Metabolic workouts are great for martial arts training. Great for getting youself fit and lean
