finally some rest time. i was incredibly busy and gave in to the stress in the end...mainly because i'm also PMSing and i'm just you know :rant: like this all the time.
it will pass...however i feel bad because i'm letting my team down by doing this. i was doing great for 5 weeks and yesterday i just didn't stop myself and i binged. i ate not maybe so much in calories but at one point i was putting anything in mouth. after that i felt like shit. i also cried.

that was yesterday so i'll leave it there....

today i woke up feeling good actually. i'm not bloated, idon't feel sluggish which is weird. maybe i didn't do too much damage yesterday. although the weather is nice and all i feel like being by myself this weekend and just relax on my own. i will go for a walk later in the afternoon but that will be it. and i will do some yoga...i just need some ME time after this week.

:smash: this week sucked challenge wise. i ate bad...DAMN YOU PERIOD!!!

i couldn't exercise because of work and during the weekend i really didn't feel like it. but really didn't. yesterday i had a business trip. so no challenge numbers for me.

however since the beginning of the challenge i lost 6 lbs :D:D and since the end of december altogether almost 10 lbs :D:D so i am proud of myself. i could have done better and i can do better than that really. i just need to stop feeling sorry for myself and get a grip lol. i will wheni finally get a hold of my computer at work and stop substituting the dean's secretary who is still sick...and the whole situation is kinda getting on my nerves.

ok tomorrow is a new day. i have conditioning training. my first. will definitely inform you on that one.
 
I haven't heard of conditioning training - looking forward to the update.

I sooo get it about work getting on top of you! I hope it's sorted soon. It can make such a difference - then again so can the end of your period! Good luck for this week.

so all in all in 7 weeks i lost about 9 lbs :D so that is nice. will do better though :D

i am finally back in my office which means i will be able to post more yaaaay :D

so about body fit...i call it conditioning because it is focused on increasing your stamina, pushing your limits...improving your overall physicall fitness. in croatian this is called conditioning (it brings your condition, your form, your fitness up). it was basically a 1hour training...pushups, planks, martial arts, pilates all in one lol. i am sore but i liked it a lot. i think i lifted my legs into a kick at least 50 times lol.

yesterday i went to my dance class. she kicked it up a notch by introducing one more aerobic session. i was sweating soooo much...and loved it hehe :D onm saturday i'll have my favorite yogalates class.

and then my friends its party time :party:
this whole month has been about carnival and this weekend the carnival frenzy will go into its peak lol. on saturday there is a 'carnival party' event...with bunch of djs from all over the place. more of electro music...not really my thing but as long as i can dance i'm good hehe. then on sunday there is the annual parade with many many many carnival groups. all in all its plenty of fun this weekend :D

the whole week and weekend were packed with action hehe. some good and some bad. i was working sooo much this week i didn't have time for anything..not even exercising :(

however the weekend was awesome. i love carnival in rijeka. we spent the afternoon on sunday watching the parade, having coffee, cooked wine and just chilling. after the parade finished we went to a club/bar that we used to hang out at when we were in highschool. this place is somewhat of a legendary place for rock scene in ex yugoslavia in general. its a place where new bands start out in, place where i got drunk for the first time and place where i learned how to say no to certain stuff and place where i met people that i still love today.

so we went in because during the carneval somehow there are always spontaneous parties...and we weren't wrong lol. we had soooo much fun. i was all over the place dancing, talking to people...meeting some new but mostly seeing people i haven't seen in several years. it was really cool. the only downside was i as mixing my alcohol too much and ended up feeling sick in the middle of the night when i came home :( ah well shit happens lol

apart from my busy week i am still doing great. my clothes are looser day by day :) i reached the 7th notch on my belt (when i started i was at notch number 3). will weigh in next week :D

hey there everyone :D

i've been slacking in posting here... i was sick all week and just didn't feel like posting.
but now i'm finally better. it seems that my allergies have increased or something because i've been getting sick a lot lately..and believe me my immune system shouldn't be low. apart from the fact that i eat plenty of fruits and veggies, i exercise and i take vitamins. anyway now they gave me some stronger antihistaminic and i feel a bit better. i wish i didn't have to take it though. but i can't afford being sick.

apart from that i'm good, eating ok, doing yoga and will be able to do some dancing this week.

i miss you all.

the spring is in the air :D which makes me very very happy. i have tons to do both at work and after work so i barely have time to check my emails, my friends on forums and stuff. i didn't even have time to meet my friends for coffee this week. and i hate when that happens.

so i kinda have some mini goals planned in head and will focus on them:

by june i intend to do the following:

1. lose 15-20 lbs (i think that's definitely doable)
2. keep doing yoga on a regular basis since its been doing soo much good for my well being (not only phisically)
3. increase on cardio/weight training
4. feel better both physically and mentally.

i know i won't fit into a bikini by summer but i can get myself into a BETTER shape and state of mind than i am in right now. and so far its working. so my goal is 205/200 lbs (mini goal ofc). and each time i crave something really bad for me i just tell myself (200 lbs lena...u can do that...its only few months). so far it seems to work. i will weigh in at the end of the month...not before just to see how good/bad i am really doing :D

so wish me luck lol
