DIZZINESS IS GONE 

i am sooooooo releived. lets hope this stays. i was getting nervous and stressed about it so much.
aaaaand i thing yesterday's yoga did the trick...or it seems that way lol.
the class started with moon salutations and warrior poses and then it became a bit heavy for me since most of the positions were more of advanced yoga. still i did my best. i managed to grab my ankles while doing bow pose and i didn't wabble too much in camel pose. however i see it is going to take me a longer time to do shoulder stand and then plow position.
these are too heavy for me.
and i am a bit embaraced to say that i can't even do child's pose without putting my hands in front of me. my belly and boobs are too big to control lol so when i try leaning forward to put my forehead on the ground my butt goes up in the air and i looks like i fell on my head
i believe that by losing some weight i will be able to do it probably.
i won't go to target zone class today because honestly i don't think i could take it. it is a very hard class apparently and i really don't want to worsen the state. so i will do some light yoga at home. tomorrow though i'll have two classes, first yogalates and then dance workout.
with dizziness gone the appetite came back. and i am craving junk. :sigh:

Most people don't think they can handle it but a beginner can and should--it'll be difficult but as long as s/he maintains serenity and patience, improvement and abilities will skyrocket!
