i just realized it didn't post what i wrote yesterday. damn!

anyway, yesterday i did 20 minutes on the ellipictical. would have done more but then my friend tina called and we went out for a girls night out :) i went out around 10.30 pm and came home around 6 am. i did lots of dancing yesterday :)

so i'm a bit hungover today, but that will pass :)
i finally got my info for budapest. i will go on september 8 :) i can't wait.

did rather well with food today:

breakfast: 2 thin slices of corn bread with salmon pate
lunch: spinach, calamari, olive oil, parsley, garlic dressing, lemon and 1 piece of white bread
snack: pine apple, 3 nectarines, 2 scoups of icecream
dinner: 2 scrambled eggs (no oil), 2 tomatoes, 3 slices of turkey breast ham
 
Croatia is a beatiful place. I went out with a Croatian American one summer and by luck it was when Croatia came in second in the world cup. I learned a lot about the beaches then. I have to agree with Cerella, I have really seen you grow in confidence in the time that I have been reading your diary. That's awesome to see.
 
Lena you're doing such a fabulous job, I'm so happy for you. I'm also happy that you had a girl's night. Dancing the night away is the best exercise in my opinion, especially if you're wearing heels, which I'm sure you were! Great job on the food as well, hope you have a nice day today ;)

well i wasn't in heels lol, i'm still too heavy and that would kill my feet. my feet hurt anyway from all the dancing :) i do wear heels, don't get me wrong but not when i go out clubbing. then i just want something comfy.
 
i cut my hair yesterday :D and i took a pic of myself. and then i noticed my pic i took for the beginning of summer challenge. i can finally see the difference :D

so here are the pics. the first one is from december, the second one is from march, the third one is from end of may (beginning of june) and the last one is from yesterday :)

OOoooh I went to Budapest ONCE and it was a LOT of fun. I went to a club.....oh man I can't even talk about it, but I was 17 so I have an excuse!! LOL!!! Have fun!! :D

and thank you. i think the change has mostly to do because i also use weights when i do lunges, squats and stuff (i would write which exercises i do but i have no idea how they're called in english lol)

well i don't eat that little actually. when i calculate my average caloric intake is around 1800 cals. and i vary this from 2200 to 1800. certainly there are days when i go below that and above but these above are very rare. i believe my weight is the same because i'm retaining water due to heat waves that hit croatia, plus i've changed my exercising schedule because my gym is currently closed. i'm not too worried about it, but if there is no change in few weeks i will definitely need to do something about it. plus the inches are definitely going and that is what ultimately matters :D

which club? lol well i'm going to live there starting from september for about 10 months :D i can't wait.

my food today:
breakfast: kellogs special k with low fat yogurt
snack: whole wheat sandwich with turkey breast ham, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and aurora dressing (1 tea spoon)
lunch: well i had some left over spinach from yesterday so i had that and 1 piece of fish, while i was preparing that i had 2 small slices of corn bread with salmon paste and after lunch i had 2 small slices of corn bread with diet plum jam (the one for diabetics so its fructose sugar)
snack: 3 nectarines and 2 pears (now that's called fruit binging)
dinner: none (well after that lunch and all that fruit i really don0t need anything else lol. if i feel like i need something i'll eat 2 tomatoes.
 
Oh yum on the fruit!!! There are some days when fruit is all I want. HEHEHE I'm taking this week off, to see if that starts my motor up again. I've hit this plateau way to long and several people have advised me to take a week, so I'm doing what I need to do, and its NOT EASY!!, I hope after all this work your doing and all the good eating, that your ticker will soon start falling again. Oh and those pictures are GORGEOUS!! I want to go right now!! Have a great day!

well according to sparkpeople today i had around 1600 cals so if i get hungry i can eat something more, but i really don't feel that hungry.
i'll be doing some elliptical work in a bit and if i manage some weights also :)
 
WOW I totally missed that you're there in Hungary for 10 months!! I spaced it, sorry!

Would you clarify this for a Lazy Bunny--is the BF in Budapest? Or are you visiting him soon? Better have some great sex!!!:D
 
lol no bf is in bosnia in mostar (pics on prevous page lol), that's where i'm going on saturday to have sex and celebrate your b-day :D and i'm going to hungary in september for my postgraduate study, i'll be there for 10 months. hungary is north-east of croatia and bosnia is south of croatia.
 
Sounds like you have a lot going on Lena. That's great. I always enjoy your diary's countdown to the visits. When you go to Hungary how difficult will it be for the two of you to visit?

well if i had a car it would take about 6 hours but since i'm going by bus and there's no direct line i will be travelling for about 12 hours all together.

well it will be difficult especially if the airplane tickets are expensive for me. for now it seems we won't see each other for 3 months :(
 
Sometimes life takes couples in different directions. The good news is its only temporary and that'll just make it that much sweeter when you guys do finally get back together.
 
3 months, DAMN IT!! well, like all time it will fly by I'm sure of it. Plus, it gives you three more months to work on your hot bod right??? hehhee he will be all over you girl! Hey you two :) well we're kinda used to it. we endured 10 months without seeing each other, and we were even apart at that time. so i think we'll survive 3 months hehe

i didn't workout yesterday, but i'm gonna today :) i also had to have blood tests this morning for siphilis and hepatitis b - these are your american rules btw. hehe
