Oh god, when I became a teacher, it seemed like I was in danger of getting hepataitis from all the tests I had to take for it.
 
Well - lol - I guess their americain rules suck - thank god Im canadian - ha ha ha - just kidding :) Those beach pix are breath taking :)

well just two more days :D and then 3 weeks of some piece and quiet and no work. well apart of one translation and a 400 pages reader for my master's introductory course lol. who sends readers in advance??????? oh well at least is the subject i'm interested in.

i weighed again this morning and no movement once again. well i can't do much about it now. if it continues i'm gonna do some drastic measures in september :)

i did wonderful training yesterday on the elliptical. claudia insired me hehe:

2 minutes 15 kph (9 miles per hour)
1min 21 kph (13 miles per hour)
15 sec 33 kph (like sprint i guess-20 miles per hour)
1 min 21 kph
15 sec 33 kph
1 min 21 kph
30 sec 30-33kph
5 min 21 kph
2 min 15 kph
1 min 21 kph
15 sec 33 kph
1 min 21 kph
15 sec 33 kph
2 min 15 kph (i just couldn't any more lol)

all in all i did 17-18 minutes. i can't believe how much i was sweating. and then i did 15 minutes of stretching. man i felt soooooo good after that workout. i think i was sweating for next 30 minutes hehehe.

i was wondering the same thing...but i don't think i eat to low, ma caloric intake is somewhere around 1800 cals, but there are days when i eat around 2100. i'm going to have to recalculate my supposed caloric intake. maybe i'm eating the wrong things. don't know :confused:
maybe it is just because july was really hectic for me. the heats, closing of my gym for vacation time, lot of stress, very difficult TOM in the end of june and middle of jully. i just hope its the combination of really lousy circumstances for my body. if the same continues in august i am definitely going to have to do something about it.

on the happier note :) i just had my bikini and legs waxed lol bless the one who invented brasilian waxing :D hurts like hell but its so worth it.

ok my food for today:
breakfast: dr. oetker muesli with low fat yogurt (4 table spoons and 150 grams of yogurt)
snack: schneekoppe musli bar (25 grams - has 90 cals)
lunch: mcdonalds -McChicken (485 cals)
snack: 2 fruit yogurts (82 cals each) and 1 choco busicuit (36 grams -cca 50 cals)
dinner: 1 full plate of minestrone (peas, carrots, beef sauted first on onions, add water and tomato sauce, seasoning )
snack: 2 nectarines

i don't know how many calories was all of this. but i think i ate around 1800 cals today.
exercise: today none
 
thanx cannon i hope so too. i'm at work now, but only for few hours and then i'm going home to pack, leaving at 4 pm :) i can't wait tomorrow morning so i can be with my bf.
i won't be able to come online much because his computer is having some problems, but i will every go to internet cafe once and a while to check up on everything :D

also my food today won't be so good, i won't be having much during the day because i like to travel feeling lighter. i will eat somewhere in the middle of the night while i'm on the road :)

finally a vacation :D
 
just wanted to pop my head in for a few minutes :) i'm still in Mostar, having wonderful time with bf :D plenty of exercise lol but bad food choices people. when i come back home i'll show you what i mean. well at least i'm walking a lot, having sex and also going to the gym on top of all that.. and besides i'm on vacation :D i promise i'll get back on track when i get back.

i do miss all of you and your support...i've grown attached to you guys.
