Hey Lena, I hope things are improving on both fronts. You have a big heart and that's why things around you affect you so much.
hey girls i appreciate it so much.
i guess thing affect me more than i am willing to admit. i just have the biggest urge to cry. and i can't allow myself to cry...maybe later in the evening.
**comes to visit lena**
**brings a dvd version of some lame movie that is a good tear jerker (For Love of the Game does it for me every single time)
**brings a box of the super soft tissues for Lena (and me)
**brings a container of strawberries dipped in dark chocolate
**watches movie with Lena and holds her and and gives her big soft shoulders to cry on (see those shoulder pads are super absorbant)
SOmetimes a good cry will make you feel better... ) even if it's just over a silly movie... it's good for what ails you.

Oh Lena, I hate you are feeling this way! I get this way too sometimes. I just want to cry and have no real reason why - my hubby finds this very confusing. hehehe
You don't have to write to us, just open up a document on your desktop and start writing or take a pen and paper and do some free writing. it may help some.
hope you feel better soon. ****hugs****
Lena,
Just sending you hugs,
Kim. i am so glad to have you on my side. i did walk after work and it did help a bit. but then i came here and so everyone's posts and just started crying. it did help.Lena, You have every right to cry your eyes out, that's very healthy, even if your not sure why. Our bodies need a release, and if we hold stress/frustration in to long it hurts us, it affects your heart, your mind and soul. So I say, even if it's just your lunch hour, take the time to go somewhere quite, take a short ride up the street and cry a little. It's okay!!We all do it, and if someone says they don't well we all know as women that person Is not being truthful. Your doing ALL the right things, your working out, your eating right, your living RIGHT!! The extra weight I'm sure is a combo of all the working out your doing, it's adding muscle girlfriend and you should be proud of that!! YEAH! and It sounds maybe a little bloated too from that chocolate. Drink lots of water today and flush out all those toxins, then take a nice walk this evening. When you get home put on some nice music rock out in your living room and enjoy YOUR TIME!! Maybe a little journaling tonight might help too. We all hear you, and we all are here if you need us. We care about you, so keep your chin up, Your the worth it, we know it, don't you.

Lena, I'm really sorry to read you feel so sad. I think there are times when we just need to feel as sad and angry as possible, and that is healthy. You need to let it all out. I'm sure you'll feel better afterwards.
Sometimes it's hard to let ourselves go because we think we must always be perfect and smiling, and crying would be such a weakness. Don't listen to these thoughts if you've got them, just cry your eyes out and when you're finished remember that something better is always on your way even if you don't see it right now.
I agree, Kim and V.G.--Lena, pity parties are necessary. There's a difference between a genuine person feeling down and needing some help vs. a selfish person seeking attention. I used to feel weak when I was down--now I readily seek support because I found that if you don't release it, it can come out in horrible ways! We're all here for you to lean on and vice versa. And don't worry about weight spikes--you live right, you eat right, EVENTUALLY the excess lbs WILL drop off, whether or not the weight fluctuates. Trust me!
*HUG*
You're right. i do find it hard to seek support. because in my life i never had much of it. i always want to avoid talking about my problems because i don't want to burden anyone. i guess i need to realize that people are here for me. some habits are hard to break. but i'm learning.
i know you're right about the weight. it will go off. i know it. there are days it goes up and then it will go down. as long as i see progress on my body that's a good thing, and i really do see progress. i can actually see the back part of my leg (thighs). i could never see that before.
.... i would have eaten the entire fridge probably. but i didn't.
Lena
yes it does help. if it wasn't for you guys here yesterday i would have eaten the entire fridge probably. but i didn't.
