Ok, so you had a bad moment. You did not eat the ENTIRE cake! Forgive yourself, and take it one meal at at time. Focus on feeling good. If you can just look forward to being proud of NOT slipping up at the next meal, you will have such a great feeling of accomplishment. It's really hard, and I understand SO much! But just look at your signature! You are determined to succeed girl, so you WILL find a way to stop feeling guilt. That guilt is just bringing you down.
Just like you wouldn't put up with a friend telling you that you cannot succeed, dont put up with that worm. That worm comes up in EVERY aspect of life, and the more you tell it to F off, the more empowered you will be, and the quieter it's voice will be...
As for drinks...I like to have drinks about once a week too...I dont even pay attention to how many calories are in them, but I try to stay away from the sugary ones.
