Tried Xfit's workout of the day.  Here's how was supposed to go:
21 db squat snatch @ 45 lbs
42 pull ups
15 db squat snatch @ 45 lbs
30 pull ups
9 db squat snatch @ 45 lbs
18 pull ups
For time.  Here's how it went:
21 db squat snatch @ 40 lbs
~35 pull ups
15 db squat snatch @ 45 lbs
~20 pull ups
9 db squat snatch @ 50 lbs
~18 pull ups
Time: 25 freakin minutes.  And I didn't even do all the pullups.  There were a lot of half reps, to be honest.  I haven't learned the proper kip yet.  Holy crap, I can see how this crap would be good for fighting.
Then I moved on to another exercise:
Dynamax med ball squat throws against wall.  A 16 lb ball was used.

This was possibly the hardest workout I've done in a long time.  I need to improve my fitness by a lot, apparently.

AM bjj session-
1.) Butterfly guard sweeps to side control
2.) Rolling
Thoughts:
1.) My no-gi game>gi game
2.) It's hard to critique yourself when you're tapping fools
3.) Need to tap more fools 

4.) Keep tighter!
5.) easier for me to get good positions rolling no-gi.  This means I need to understand the gi better!
6.) Position before submission
