Since I have been a member of this site I have wanted to tone up my legs and lose a bit of body fat. I'm 102 lbs and 152cm tall. My body fat is 16.7 estimated body fat. I don't know how accurate it is however I after reading all the information on doing lunges and squats it has really toned my legs up. Its great!
