legs

ive started working on my legs and i was just looking for feedback and any advice. i only do it once a week. i do at least 3 sets of 10 or 8 for each. i dont know the name to every exercise, so i have to describe a few. here is my routine:

-seated leg press(i think the machine is labeled calf raise?)..i like to let the carousel down further, so i feel it more on my hamstrings and quads
-squats
-seated leg lift (quads)
-hamstrings, same as the seated leg lift, but i push down
-the v-shaped machine that works your groin
-same machine as above just opposite, works your ass muscles (i feel like a woman on this machine :D )
-calf raises, usually on my shoulders. there are many different calf machines, should i use 2 or 3 a day?

i dunno if i should treat each muscle on my legs like they were my biceps and triceps and do 2 or 3 exercise per muscle or is that waaaay too much? what do u guys do?

thanks for the help.

I typically pick one main core movement-
squats, deadlifts, front squats, good mornings

And then pick one unilateral leg movement-
Bulgarian squats, split squats, bb step ups, 1 legged leg press

And then one assistance movement-
typically this will be something from the first list but at a lighter intensity and higher reps or I could use Romanian deadlift or pull throughs, etc

Then finish it with a superset of calves and abs
