Thanks proteinboy. That was a long time ago but I'm finally back on track to get back in shape. I'll post some pics here in another 3 weeks to show the results of my 1st month of training. I'm down somewhere around 10 lbs after my 1st week but I've still got dang near 40 lbs to go. It sounds like a lot but things seems to be going well so far. I found a good gym, I'm eating right, I'm staying focused etc. I'll keep everything posted in my Journal along the way. Thanks again for the compliment. I've maintained the size on my legs so we'll see how defined they get as the fat comes of. See ya, Greg
