I play basketball 2-3 times a week(1 hour each session) for my cardio and lift weights as well. Each body part has its own day (ie chest on one day, the legs, then biceps, etc).
Can anybody give some advice on how I can build mass on my legs (particularly the glutes) while still doing cardio? I know the cardio is detrimental to building mass, but playing bball is the only cardio I do during the week. Also, whens the best time to do a leg workout (ie squats, lunges, leg curls) with respect to my cardio workout? Whats the minimum time you need to rest for optimum mass gain?
